I am under treatment of Dr. Suchetana Sengupta for about 6 months now. She is an alumni of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, UK and has 18+ years of experience, with 10 years in the UK. She also specializes in Assisted Reporoduction and currently associated with Care IVF, Salt Lake as an IVF Specialist. We got our initial confidence from reviewing her brilliant profile at Care IVF’s website and it multiplied on our first appointment after experiencing her pleasant & charming presence and dignified personality. She spends adequate time listening to my problems, reviewing my medical reports, explaining my medical situation (often with sketches/pamphlets) and clarifying her prescribed medication & tests. She also motivates me a lot that boosts up my morale and her compassionate attitude makes me feel much comfortable and de-stressed. We had tried IVF twice earlier in another reputed clinic in Kolkata, but they were not successful. In between we visited 2 more clinics but did not get much confidence and finally came to Care IVF reading about their good success rate. We were already exhausted and told Dr. Suchetana that this is our final attempt and we are banking on her to make it successful. She took up the challenge and performed the first IVF/ICSI followed by FET in late October and the result was positive in her first & only attempt. So, we would give 10/10 to her. The first USG has been done after 6 weeks and it also confirmed the pregnancy. I am having low progesterone (which is a matter of concern) so she has prescribed me medicines/injections accordingly and we would visit her again after 6 more weeks. Although it’s a long way to go until the baby is born, but I am confident that I am getting the best treatment under Dr. Suchetana. Thank you Doctor !
